Payment
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. In the event of Ali Geez needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.

Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
Once your order has been confirmed it can not be amended or cancelled.

Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Ali Geez store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Desserts, Ice Cream and Ham sold by Ali Geez stores may contain nut derivatives. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the checkout if your order is below the minimum value. Starters, drinks and desserts are only delivered with a pizza or meal deal.

Alcohol
Alcohol is only available to purchase with food and not on its own. ID may be required on delivery and if you appear under 21 you will be asked for ID. If the item you request is out of stock a suitable replacement may be substitued.

Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.

Vouchers
All vouchers are for online use only and cannot be used with any other offer i.e. 10% off if order is above £10. The management reserves the right to withdraw Vouchers at any time without notice for any reason. Some vouchers are limited to one per person. Voucher use may be limited to quantity, expiry date or user. When using a voucher you will be informed if there is any reason if it is unaccepted. Your IP address will be logged when using a voucher to prevent misuse and we reserve the right to ban IP addresses which we deem to be misusing our voucher system.

Offers
Any available offers will be advertised at the time of ordering. 10% off applies to orders over £10 only and does not include meal deals, alcohol, delivery charge and debit/credit card charges. 10% off cannot be used in conjunction with voucher codes.

Marketing
By registering on this site and giving us your email address you agree we can use this email address for marketing purposes. We may contact you about special offers in the future. If you would like to be removed from our marketing address please use the opt out link in the email sent to you or email marketing@aligeez.co.uk and ask to be removed.

Latest Order Time
Please be aware we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
